Low Cost Heavy Duty

MR800 - Low-Cost Heavy Duty Seal

be used for general purpose for all industries. It can replace most model of single coil spring, multiple spring and wave spring mechanical seal. Metal bellows is made from SS316L so it is a low-cost metal bellows mechanical seal but high performance, robust design and reliable for general applications. It is the most popular metal bellows type mechanical seal.

 

Abrasive Application

MR760 – Abrasion Resistant Seal

be used for abrasive and corrosive media applications. Metal bellows is made of AM350. AM 350 is a semi-austentic precipitation hardenable stainless steel. It is capable of high strength and hardness after heat treatment. It is produced with high melt cleanliness for improved mechanical properties and resistance to fatigue failure. It also has good weldability.

 

Corossive Application

MR700 – Corrosion Resistant Seal

be used for all extreme corrosive chemical application. All parts, including bellows, are made of HASTELLOY® C-276*. MR70 mechanical seal has excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizers such as ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated media, chlorine, formic and acetic acids and flue gas desulfurization systems.


High Temperature

MR600 – High Temperature Seal

be used for high temperature application such as  refinery, petrochemical and chemical industries. MR600 is more or less the same design as MR900 but positive drive lug is add to provide positive drive that suitable for high viscous media. It help to extend seal service life by absorbing excessive torque. Bellows can be made of INCONEL® 718 or AM350.
